Poll - Overall Service

OK, Let's give ourselves a grade on the overall service on Sunday.

One thought is to shorten announcements. Have we thought about doing them before the Collision video on the video screens? I thought we had tried that before and that way they don't have to be talked about in detail during the service. What happened with the video on Sunday?

I am going to be working with the tech team to get the videos starting on time- we have to eliminate the awkward 4-6 seconds of nothing before they get a video rolling. As for the actual video- apparently, when I imported it, the whole thing didn't make it. I checked to make sure it would play, but never thought to make sure the whole thing was there-> My fault, lesson learned.
